Doing some training to lose weight.

I wanna lose weight till summer and I would love to have some advice on how to do that. Currently I am about 74 kg and 180ish meters and I have this small-medium sized belly fat. I wanna lose all the belly fat and lose some of the butt fat as well. If you know any advice please do tell.

I prescribe a glass of warm water with 10 lime drops added to it every morning. In more desperate cases, I give homoeopathic medicines. And last but the most important, I advise a brisk exercise that helps to perspire.
