Is love truly color blind or is hate just as bad in the world as it always was just undercover. I think with some people love is color blind it think its mostly the younger generation that believes this because this is how we was taught. Hate is here but more undercover because there are more laws to fight against it. Here is a question for yall what generation was you born and how was you taught lets talk about it we all adults and i respect everyones ways of thinking.

Like your writing. Its a different idea
Although, my belief goes different. Love cant be told something of culture, tradition, background, etc. Its more like personal. Eg. Likes and dislikes.
It depends what an individual values...if someone values color, then love is NOT colorblind. If someonevalues nature...maybe it's color blind.
But it completely depends on individual and their choice!

It's been proved several times that love is color blind. I think hate hasn't gone underground; it's just lurking in the shadows ready to pounce. Here in Africa tribal wars and hate speech are common. The government can do nothing about it; hate still persists.

question is would you rather it lurk under ground or would you have it in the open

@William21001 A world with hate in the open is a terrible world. It's like legalizing crime. Look at the genocide in Rwanda; that's an example.

We may have some stereotypical mindset about other races, but end of the day, the person we like/love will always be an exception to the rule. I understand that some people try to avoid interracial relationships because sometimes, the differences in culture can be so tough to work through. As for skin color literally, that's not an issue for me. I probably move around a certain color range in terms of physical attraction but other than that, what matters to me is personality, and cultural closeness.

Yes, yes it is. (Love, color-blind; yes).
I love lamp. Lamp is color-blind.
I hammer nail. Hammer is color-blind. So is nail.
Am I going a little 'immature' on this? Maybe; but my point is that 'none of these things' are humans, who remain color-sighted. Maybe we want them to be a little less 'prejudiced'--to stop believing that skin-color makes a person smart-or-dumb, violent-or-peaceful--but color remains 'a quality' (like physical fitness or health or intelligence).
The body wants what it wants. That's not under anyone's control. If you're attracted to purple men & not green ladies, there's nothing wrong with you. Green ladies are not any more-advantaged than purple men except as regards which one you will fall in love with.

True love can never be color blind, just that a lot folks have misconception of it. True love is undeniable love, love that last ever.

Love is blind enough that people tend to let go of their sharp feeling in getting to know the motive of that person.
