How many more years till The Simpsons end their run?

The Simpsons have been on for a very long time and now have a movie coming out. How much longer do you think they will be on? My guess is 5 more years at least. They just had their Tree House of Terror and I though it was number 17 for them. What do you think?

I think the Simpsons will be on for another few years, but I don't understand how they have been on the air for so long.

I was a huge fan in the early years of the Simpsons. But, I must admit I believe they should have stopped about five years ago. All good things must come to an end and Homer and gang is no different. Change is good and we need new fresh shows to entertain us.

I do agree, some of the new shows are not as good but I always look forward to the Tree House of Terrors.

I would be devastated if the Simpsons ended!
I am always amazed how an episode of the Simpsons never fails to make me laugh.
I hope they carry on for many more seasons :)

I think simpson will last for a long long time. The simpsons are a critic to society and as long the is something wrong in society, witch I there always will be, the simpsons will have shows.

I thought I heard they would go to 20 seasons and stop. I think that would be a good idea. I really like their treehouse of horrors. When the show ends I hope they package all the halloween ones in a cool dvd package! I hope the movie will be good,I wonder what the plot will be.
