It is so Sad that the Flu epidemic has turned to the proportion that it has with people getting so sick. I wonder what the proportionate is to who got the Flu shot and who didn't to really prove what the main factors have been, but Glad I only had the bad case that for me lasted about a week, and don't have to get out in the public much and be around people who are always sick.

Unfortunately, these numbers are normal. It is just spreading faster and talked about more. It is terrible, but it is also normal especially for kids. Instead of fearing of getting sick, kids need to get dirty more and build a stronger immune system or it is just going to get worse

It's sad to hear that. The flu virus is virulent this time. The vaccines may not be effective with that particular strain. It's important to keep your immune system strong and spread awareness on how to prevent the spread of the flu virus. We need to keep our hands not just clean but disinfected. We need to dispose used tissues properly in covered containers. You should also avoid crowd, if possible stay at home especially if you are sick. You also need to cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing.Together we can limit the spread of flu virus.

The best way to prevent flu is to get vaccinated each year, but good habits can help stop the spread of germs.
