I’m just wondering as a mother myself is the myth true terrible twos or is it just a saying for bold children to cover up bad parenting please tell me what you guys think my son just turned two and I would like to hear from other parents

None of my kids were terrible at two. Kids act the way that you let them.

Is your son curious and raring to learn new things? Maybe he needs more than he is getting now.

@BabyGurl2k16 I'm not sure what your kiddo is doing to drive you nuts. I remember when my daughter- I only had one kid- got into the lipstick and redid the bathroom. That was a terrible day. And I remember how she'd tell everybody she was an elevator or Bob the bus driver- totally creative hilarity. Just depends on the day.

@BabyGurl2k16 I guess it depends on the parents or where the children were raised.

Kids learn how to manipulate parents very early on @BabyGurl2k16 . Such as; not getting their way so they will throw a tantrum, or throw toys, or bite. When they are doing something wrong, tell them immediately, "NO!"

just enjoy the time being with your kid...do the best that you can for him..just let him feel how much you love him but not to the extent of spoiling him...and bring him up to the Lord...for the Bible says...Bring up a child in the way he should go...and if he grows old...he will not depart from it....happy parenting.....

We never had problems when my niece became 2. She was only terribly inquisitive.

I didn't have a problem at 2, it was when they turned 3 and started testing their boundaries with me
