Hello everyone. Happy Monday! Good to see that the garbage posts are flowing freely this morning. It is 36 degrees F here at the Jersey Shore at the moment. Not ideal but not unexpected in the winter. I have another day of work ahead of me. I'll be teaching about the different types of natural selection today. Then I will have some time to kill before my 5 pm workout at the gym. Just another typical day here for me. What's everyone else up to today? Oh yeah, PS. GO EAGLES!!!!!

@NJChicaa It's a bit like Indian dish. Fry the fish then cook it in masala spices.
