Anything about the ''myth'' of coffee?

Is it true that coffee ''wakes up?'' It's true that we don't wake up but coffee in the morning helps us cheer up! It's basically a habit, good habit as long as one drinks up to two cups per day. Moe coffee harms nerves and also contributes to insomnia, specially if we drink after 1900 in the afternoon. Nes Cafe is an addiction, it's wonderful coffee, and we can drink it hot in winter and ''Frappe'' (cold) in summer. But it's also a good companion if you drink it alone,or enjoy it better when we are with friends. It's said by some doctors that it reduces possibility of cancer if drink up to two cups per day, as mentioned above. And it also helps metabolism, make it faster and burns calories apart from the fact we don't eat often too much, if we are a coffee lover. NB In high doses, only it may creates cellulity in women...Thus in everything we should follow ''measure'', same with coffee..

It is true that drinking coffee keeps us awake at night. I have experienced it. It is difficult to get sleep. Whenever I feel sleepy at odd hours I drink a cup of coffee and refresh myself.

coffee's never had the "wake up" effect with me..the warmth of it does more for me in the morning than caffiene.

I drink iced coffee. I find hot coffee to be depressing and iced coffee to be uplifting.
