Psychologists have come to a conclusion, why ''we can hardly be happy all time because: a)We see past better than it was b)Present worse than it is and c)Future better than it could be Pls let me know your comments

For me that would be related to he past but in a certain way as well to the present, here and now what we are going trough.. how we feel etc.

Hmn it makes sense. Maybe i am still not happy at all times because my mindset is that future will bring me a better life. And that is keeping my happiness behind sometimes.
