Not as well as Yoga would. Aerobics might get you all worked up, which will lead to a rise in cortisol levels, which (could) lead to extra weight gain. Just keep your carbs around 100, don't count calories, and do some light Yoga every night. You'll get super-skinny, I promise. Without stressing out your entire body.

I'm definitely going to start. This is really helpful. It is so tedious and i'm not seeing any results.

You should control your diet while working out

when you say you "don't see any changes" do you mean your weight is still the same since you started a month ago? no decrease in pounds/kilos? how about your clothes? are they looser? how about your food intake?

My clothes are still tight, haven't lost any kilos. I started eating vegetables but no results yet....even one inch

Yes, cardio helps burn calories, but you need to watch what you eat as well.

Yes. Aerobic does work. But in time. You have to be patient.

Yes, you can lose weight by doing aerobics, but it's not a method that works for everyone. It's important to keep your diet in check, because a big percentage of your progress will be determined by your eating habits... :)

Eat right and excercise daily. Eat something every two hour gap. This will make you feel full and less tired throughout the day. Don't go for fad diets or anything stupid. Don't starve yourself. Just eat right and the moment you start feeling full when eating, stop right there. Listen to your body, especially stomach. Eat all the local food. The more you go for exotic fruits or veggies, the fatter you're gonna get. This is something I've tried and it did work on me, with the help of the best dietician in India, I'm now well aware of the things I eat now and most importantly I see changes in my body.
