Whyyyy?????

So in this past days I been trying to quit on sugars to loose weight. I'm trying to quit on juice and cookies. It's really hard because I been like craving them. But instead if a cookie I would grab a stawberrie or any other fruit. I am struggling!!!!!!! Any Advice?????

Do it gradually until you can wean yourself off from it. Since Lent is around the corner, it's a good thing to give up on until Easter. Try to switch to Stevia or other sugar alternatives.

That's nice decision.first try to replace sugar with honey . reducing weight should be always in a healthy way.try to eat oats with honey.whenever you want to eat sweet try to eat fresh fruits and raisins.
