Welcome Abraham hope your enjoy here
I'm thinking about this question a lot, I came to think about the next things: Helping others, fighting the good of others that including individual animals as well. And if that is possible to achieve an inner peace and just try to be what that makes us happy.

This is how I understand life. God made us and we are his children. He wants us to enjoy life, get along with one another and work to make this earth a beautiful place.
Adam and Eve spoiled things by rebelling. God sent his Son, Jesus Christ , to put us on the right road again. Soon God will step in, rid the earth of evil ones and we will be back on track again.
One day, there will be love, justice, and abundance for all!
Would you like that?

The answer to that question is that there really is no answer! People down the centuries have invented religions in an attempt to prove that existence means something profound, but all such attempts are ultimately futile.
You exist because a sperm met an egg and your foetus survived to be born. You will live for a certain number of years and then you will die and you will have no more consciousness than you had before you were born.
The purpose of all life on this planet is to produce more of the same, so if you produce sperm, your duty is to ensure that some of them meet a few eggs and the process starts all over again.
In the meantime, enjoy the time that your parents gave you! Living morally is also a good idea, so that your contacts with other humans cause much more good than harm.
