Meaning of LOL

Only when something is really funny do I LOL but most of the time the discussions I read make me GO (grin only)

Laughing out loud its simple.

@thesupersingh I say "lol" online if something makes me laugh. I don't mind if others say it but it does annoy me when someone literally says "lol" out loud. Not fond of text speak when it's literally spoken.

Not a lot but when I really feel like laughing loudly by reading any thing I never hesitate to use LOL! Thanks dear @thesupersingh !

I use the same whenever I feel it is appropriate. Otherwise I wish to use emoticons. If any one use it, I never get annoys with them.

The one I really would never use is RIP , sounds heartless ..

I am guilty of using LOL a lot.

I just recently learn what this means. I use them to 'soften' the contents of what i am saying or else people will take offence. Also, when i do want to laugh out loud! LOL

I used to put "lol" after every thing because without it I thought I sounded mean or too serious. Not I don't use it really.

To me lol, means laugh out loud. Now I'd rather use emoji, if it's a non formal type of writing. I'm careful, not to use it in business, for business is very serious and you'll find no one uses lol, emojis in a business e-letter. I like using emoji as you can tell in my posts. (This is the lol emoji.)
