Use garlic and red wine to help you lose weight!

I have another crazy health/beauty hack I came across. I swear I am not making this up. I watched a YouTube video that provided a recipe for weight loss "without working out". They stated to chop up an entire garlic close, place it in a jar, pour a full bottle of red wine in the jar. Next let it sit in the sun for two weeks. Then place it in a dark bottle and drink 3 tablespoons. I don't know about you, but the thought of garlic alone is gross, so in red wine sounds repulsive. What do you all think? Has anyone tried this?to

I didn't try this. When I want to lose weight I do physical workouts and eat less fat and sugar. "Without working out" doesn't work for me.

I have been doing the same. How much would you say you have lost when doing that?

Garlic has many benefits but I don't want the taste of raw garlic. Can we take it separately?Maybe a toasted garlic is a better alternative.

I agree, I think it should benefit us in our food that we enjoy vs just raw by itsself.
