Cinnamon and Ginger for Weightloss

I have researched different weight loss ideas as well as healthy habits to get into. Another common one I came across was cinnamon and ginger. Many sources claim that if you put cinnamon in your tea or ginger in your water, it will help aid in weight loss along a healthy diet and exercise.
I decided to put it to the test. Everyday I have 1-2 cups of green tea (Macha- a Japanese powdered green tea) with cinnamon and ginger. I have read that green tea is also great as an appetite suppressant and metabolism booster. I have continued to drink 8 cups of water, and eat other healthy foods throughout the day. have noticed some change but I will continue to do this to see if it helps!
Has anyone else tried using cinnamon and ginger for weight loss? Did it help?

I tried ginger and cinnamon tea but it's commercially prepared one and I can't significant result.Maybe if you'll prepare it yourself with natural ingredients,it will yield a better result.

No i never tried, lemon water with honey is good for weight loss

I never mentioned lemon water with honey. Hot water with lemon and honey are good for a sore throat though :)

@taciaelisepeace you did not mention it, thats my point for weight loss, a galss of lemon water with honey early morning on empty stomach ..it worked for me..

@prashu228 Oh I see, good to know!. I drink lemon water first thing in the morning. I will have to add some honey.
