If you've had a busy day and didnt get a chance to fit in your work out, here's an idea. The video link explains the workout moves in detail. I am not sponsored by them nor promoting them. I am just sharing what I have tried. But basically you lay on your back and perform easy leg exercises. They claim you'll see results each month.

I think the images are just supposed to portray legs slimming down over time.

I do leg lifts too. I think consistent exercise is key.

Thank you for this tip. I have seen these types of videos and I believe it takes effort and patience before we can see the results. But once you attain your goal, all your hardships will be paid off.

Thanks for reminding me need to do some curls. I am skinny so need to buff up, but sounds good. It really does not take much to stay in decent shape. Why I get mad at myself when I do not take at least 5 minutes a day. Sad really when I am that lazy.

We all fall a victim of lazy ness. I would like to get toned too. I reccomend eating lean protein with every meal as well :) that should help

Sorry Tacia, I did not see the part that you have been only doing it for a week. I looked at it and tried this morning my own version. I have to do exercises for my shoulders so decided to try and could not do their way. I tried something like it this morning and hurt my back. I know I must have done something wrong. Thank you for sharing that with us.

I , like Horse mentioned, found the illustration to be not appealing - but I really did like the video, I may try it. Thanks for sharing. Like you say, I think it's just to illustrate legs being smaller
