In this post i am going to talk about hygiene since our day starts with hygiene.I used to brush 5 minutes and i used to wash 2 minutes.So brushing thrice a day gives you a whitening teeth.I have been seeing many guys having yellow teeth because of improper brushing.I personally advice them to brush properly and use some liquid for good smell.One friend challenged me that he will get whitening teeth within 1 or 2 months.i have to wait and see..
