@taciaelisepeace - if you got ot losing the weight this quick, then itll be gone in no time, its only harder to work off if you go a long time after giving birth and not changing eating habits or excercising.

@Plethos Very true. I think you can go up to a year postpartum before you are expected to drop the weight you gained. I started after 6 months so hopefully :)

Thats pregnancy weight and continuing to eat unhealthy and not exercising lol. But I agree I think its natural to gain some weight during the winter.

Wow you are cruising well on your way to perfect weight..I am so proud of you.
I on the other hand am lagging terribly...I had only lost 2 lbs in around 3 weeks or so.
I am eating all what I want, just trying to eat at a deficit, meaning eat less calories than I am using.

You can do it, I think the first month is the hardest with little results. I learned to control positions but I did cut out fast food and junk food. I still eat carbs, still eat cheese, but way less than before.
