2 bananas, steak taco, apple desert of some kind, peanut m&m, and pork roast for supper accompanied with a few spoonfuls of noodles. I probably ate something more than that somewhere along the line that I am forgetting. Compared to the rest, it does look like a lot though. Hmmm...maybe this is why I am overweight, lol.

i ate paneer tikkaaas today............ they were very delicious......... i love paneer tikkas........ i wish i could hve it again and again and again......... i love them.........

Today I have consumed three protein shakes,a couple of Carbmasters, some extra lean turkey,four liters of water and four teaspoons of Alkalive which is a combination of wheatgrass,alfalfa,kamut and barley grass.

Well I had fried egg and two slices of bread in breakfast with a cup of milk. Then I had an apple and a guave for lunch and that is it for the time being. I will have dinner when I reach home after work today. I dont have any idea about what is for dinner today though.
