I made cucumber salad today, as i remember my late mother in law, Mommy. She makes delicious dip and i remembered one. So i made it. It is made of catsup and mayonnaise, just that and made a very good dip for cucumber. I will make this everyday since im trying to eat healthy. Maybe a combination of fresh carrots, lettuce and apple would be nice partner with this dip.
