What do you think about the food available?

In my country there is a high incidence of cancer because the food is so unhealthy. People enjoy unhealthy food. Have you ever thought to change your diet? In my opinion the food available is poison. I mean processed foods. I want to change my diet. I want to eat seeds, nuts and salads. And less meat.
