Good morning my dear friends. It is flurrying here this morning. It is the first snow that we've had in awhile, not suppose to get much though just a few centimeters. I do not really have any plans for today. I think I am going to go through my closet and find some smaller size clothes to wear. All the walking sure is showing some positives results. It feels good. I am thankful everyday for being given this second chance to live a healthier life.
I am going to watch a bit of the Olympic games before I head out for my morning walk in the snow. Have you been watching any of the Olympics? Canada has been doing quite well. I am very proud of our athletes.

Enjoy your walk and it must feel good to wear a smaller size clothes.
We got almost 8 inches of snow but it does look pretty

I'm happy that you are seeing such great results in all of the walking. That is encouraging for me as I'm trying to lose weight myself.
We have some really mild days happening here now, lots of bright sunshine and tomorrow we'll have rain-ugh.
I haven't been watching as much of the Olympic games as I would like to, but I do try to read what I can online. I'm proud of our athletes also, all of those years of training and hard work to represent our wonderful country.

We don't have TV so we don't get to watch the Olympics. Which I would love to watch. It's great that Canada is doing so well and your right in being proud of them. Who's coming in 2nd?

Norway is 1st, Germany 2nd and Canada 3rd in Medal standing. We watch it all online. We don't have TV either.

They end this weekend. I usually gain weight in the summer from all the bbqing, camping and not as much exercise. lol
