My psychiatrist is right my issues can come back again. I told my psychiatrist I'm okay now. I can sleep well at night no insomnia and not so nervous tense for no reason. I've been doing well these past few months. I feel I'm totally healed but last night I didn't sleep the whole night again and I'm feeling nervousness again for no reason. Please include me in your prayers. I hope I can sleep all night again and I will feel relax and no nervousness. My nervousness is irrational there is really no serious threat to be nervous but I really feel nervousness maybe because I have many anxieties so the nervous feelings mixed up and messed up my emotions. It's been a year I think since I post something like this. Please include me in your prayers that I can get out of this insomnia and nervousness.

@averygirl72 Right. I remember my friend suffering from a nervous breakdown and he can't live normally without his meds.

I read that you ran out of your medication. If you have this condition you need to make sure you don't run out of your medication.

My night prayers will include you tonight, my dear friend. It's hard to have an anxiety attack. My officemate's husband had that before. He doesn't want to go to office in the next town where she was assigned, for 3 months. So, our boss assigned him to the affiliate office near where we have our office too. Slowly, he came back to his normal self again. Maybe you should tell your doctor about your anxieties so he can advise you on how to deal with them and get over them completely too.

@averygirl72 Yes, you can help yourself with that. Is that what the doctor advised you to do?

I have some points where I really feel worse and I have lucky days too where I don't have them. I sleep throughout the night and I'm just relax throughout the day. Maybe this is one of my bad days too. I try to self massage myself do acupressure and reflexology and hope it relieves my anxiety

if you were prescribed maintenance medication, you'd have to monitor your usage closely so you don't run out and relapse.

I think you need to discuss with your psychiatrist to discover the reason why you feel nervous.

Do you like eating dates or onions? l once suffered from insomnia. They worked on my symptoms as well as continuous work have changed me a lot. Anyway, they have no side effect. Personally, being an early bird may also lead us to a sound sleep.
