How do you cope up with stress?

We live in a world full of stress. From the time we wake up to the time we rest and sleep we encounter some kind of stress in one form or another. Each person has his own way of dealing with stress and anxiety. How do you deal with it?

I hate stress. I am not good with it and have had enough of it in my life that I would learn to deal with it. I still have trouble dealing with it.

A good trick in relieving stress is to watch sitcoms and comedy movies.

@mydanods I do not like to have the stress that I get. I end up getting sick from it because it is too much for me to deal with.

to deal with stress for me is eating sweets like chocolates or ice creams.. sweets really makes me happy and calm..

I try to think happy thoughts. Thoughts of peace and good health. Sometimes I just pray.

I think it is important to do the things,that you enjoy to do,like reading a book,watching a movie etc.That can reduce the stress.

I think the stress have numerous ways to manifest. You can be stress because of work or just because of other people's conceptions about you. Personally, i like to watch a movie or a tv show that can make me feel less stressed or even listen some music.
