Good afternoon.
I know as we get older we do shrink some.
I shrunk at least over an inch
They say shrinking begin at the age of thirty or so.
We can lose an inch from 30 to 70.
We also lose more at the age of 80
I have been taking Calcium supplement for years.
Anyone here notice the shrinkage in you.
Photo is mine

My mom shrunk quite a few inches as she aged. I guess I will too but right now it isn't noticeable.

I'm already quite short. 5'4! I used to always wonder if I drank a lot of coffee, if it was true, that "I'd shrink!". My mom used to tell me that one! haha!
I have arthritis on my lower back at 29. So I'm sure by the time I'm older, I'll shrink, quite a bit!

Not quite yet, but my mother lost about two inches. She was 4'10" all her life. When she reached 90yrs old, Mom was 4'8" tall. She was ten feet tall, to me!

@amadeo My brother tried to invent a stretch rack, when he was a little boy. I suppose I need to look into this amazing invention! LOL

My mom lost 4 inches due to her osteoporosis and the curvature of her spine. I suspect I'll lose some myself, although I'm trying to take care of my bones.

@amadeo I was seeing a chiropractor for a while regarding my spine (I have some arthritic degeneration at the top and my neck is forward 12 degrees), but it stopped being something that I could afford.

I am still the same height. Not sure about my parents..they are both a bit stooped so it is kind of hard to tell.
