This is one of my favorite dish. You need lumpia wrappers and fill it with the meat filling. I like both the fish meat and ground pork meat as filling. We can add chopped carrots or potatoes. The celery makes it tasty You need to deep fry it. You can also dip it in sweet and sour sauce. Do you have this similar food in your place?

Most authentic ones could be found in Ongpin, China town. Manila. For me the best ones I tasted is in Toho restaurant ( one of the oldest restaurants in the Philippines) and Gloria Maris in Alabang town Center. We also cook our own and my Mom makes rhe best lol.

@averygirl72 by authentic I mean those that had been around and had been making it for a long time, similar to Mami and siopao of Ma Mon Luk who introduced it to our country and the rest are copies or versions.

Some people do use fish like relyenong bangus. They use the filling for that. I tried it only once.

I can only eat that when the filling is fish, chicken, or beef. As long as it isn't pork.

It's quite easy to do. You need to chopped finely the vegetables and roll them one by one with the egg wrapper
