In order to keep a good figure, I keep exercising every day. Sometimes I go to the gym, sometimes I'm at home, but that's not enough! I have to watch my diet. I never eat too much. And he goes to bed at nine every night. If you also like to exercise, let's be good friends.

I too like to do exercise. I do at home only,I don't go to gym. I too have limited food.I never overeat.

I'm starting to make exercising a habit again. I'm by no means fit but hopefully, I can be at a healthy weight if I continue watching my eating and exercising. I can't go to bed by 9, it's an earlier bedtime than my daughter!

You have to watch your diet, exercise early to bed and get up early, and most importantly, don't drink and smoke.

I exercise on a regular basis, and before I injured my knee, used to run daily. I am a very active person, and I do get plenty of rest. My one vice though is my diet; I've got to get better with my eating habits. Thankfully, I am able to manage my weight because I am so active and because I exercise--and partly because I have such a high metabolism--but I definitely need to focus more on eating healthier.
