On International Mother Language Day2018,celebrate every year on 21st February,UNESCO reiterates its commitment to linguistic diversity and invites its Member States to celebrate the day in as many language as possible as a reminder that linguistic diversity and multilingualism are essential for sustainable development. Bangladeshis celebrate International Mother Language Day by placing flowers at the Martyrs' Monument and its replicas.Many people have given life to defend their own language.On this day,I remember them with respect.

Would have been nice to know and learn every body's language. That would make me happy to celebrate language day. I didn't know there's such celebration.
