I cook at home but I used to eat food outside 2 months back. I agree fast food is convenience but its not healthy. Cooking food at home is the best. And you wouldn't even know its fresh or not when eating outside. Sometimes they cook spoiled food in lack of hygiene vessels. Daily eating fast foods is not best option.

I only have fast food or restaurant when traveling. When at home, always meals from home.

That's how it's supposed to be but here it cost more money to cook your own food than just buying cook food.

I regularly eat out, considering the traffic and everything.

@Kakashi20 yeah.. the traffic here in our country really makes us hungry so the easiest solution is really eat in the nearest fast food...

Mostly home cooking but generally either a Friday or Saturday night and sometimes payday we will treat ourselves and order some fast food. However, I generally prefer home cooked meals as they are more satisfying and I rarely feel like I've wasted money on something that was mediocre from a fast food restaurant.

I too prefer home cooked meals but here it's more economical to buy cooked meals or take-aways during weekdays.

Yep another consideration is the time and effort that goes to cooking food, if your tired it's always an option to just get it delivered or eat out

I love to do that but it's to expensive and time consuming for me. Although usually we do prepare and cook breakfast.

That's the best part of home cooking, you can cook your meals and choose the ingredients.

Here it's more expensive to buy and cook your own food that's why on weekdays we just order out or do take-aways. We normally do home cooking on weekends.

We cook foods at home but when we go out and came home late, we prefer to buy foods. Saves effort and time

I prefer home-cooked meals, but when I have no time to cook I buy fast food take-away.
