Zzzz!
Not sure what the dealio is! But I feel tired every day. Even if I manage to get 8 hours of sleep! Weird eh? Personally hate it, because when I'm overly tired, a headache seems to come along with it.
Not to forget to mention. I feel dizzy spells every so often too! I started taking some Vitamin D3, not sure if that will do anything...
It would be nice to feel "AWAKE" though! Geesh!
Anyone else have this problem? Or had? What helped?
Ranting!

@Happy2BeMe Did you ever go for a Sleep Night at the Sleep center?

If you have a chance, get your thyroid checked. It can cause many problems (like constant tiredness).

I do feel that way sometimes. I felt like that today, more tired than I should.

No Mandy I do not seem to have the same health issue. What does the doctor say?

This is me all the time. I'm severely anemic, could you be? It wouldn't hurt to take iron pills and see if it helps. If you drink, teas and coffees it can hinder taking in iron. Also taking vitamin C to help the iron absorb if you think it could be low iron. Hope you feel better because it isn't fun.

I have two thoughts: 1) have you checked your iron levels? They could be low. People with iron deficiency get fatigued really easy. Eating a nice big steak can easily fix that! And 2) is it pollen season yet up your way? Down here in Florida, spring is upon us and the pollen is so thick you can almost slice it. I get really fatigued every spring when the pollen is so thick, as I guess my body is fighting off allergies to the pollen.

Fortunately I don't have any such problems. Why don't you consult your doctor?
