Beautiful day for a longer walk with the puppy

Today was absolutely gorgeous outside. It was 60 °F and most the snow has melted. However it is very muddy!
I made a smoothie today trying a new recipe that had dried apricots in it and garbanzo beans among other ingredients. Whoever created the recipe must have forgot to try it 
. After I finished that the puppy and I went for a walk.
We always walk on my own property but today I took her for a walk on an old dirt road looking for two geocaches.
She was so happy about it. As I was carefully trying to step down a steep bank she charged down which yanked the leash and nearly had me falling down it.
She never tired while we were out but since then she has slept a lot. Photo is of the stick that she spent a lot of time attacking.

@PainsOnSlate we are getting warnings here for Friday. The public school is already postponing things that were going to go on that day.

I let her play with it for quite awhile. I think she would have stayed and chewed on it all day if I had let her.
