Hello there.
Just want to show you my artistic side. The picture was rhe birthday cake I made for my daughter last January. She likes mangoes. Most of the time, her aunt would buy her cakes for her birthday as a gift. But this time around she requested for me to make her a cake.
This is a mango cheesecake. I tried to make it as much artistic as I could. My daughter was very happy to see and eat the cake. She was very proud of her cake too which makes me very happy.

@rakski We have three varieties of Mangoes growing in our home garden and I am constantly thinking of new recipes to use up the mangoes..a drink made with semi ripe mangoes called Panna is very refreshing during summer or at any time when Mangoes are available

My grandson clearly likes mango. He wants to call his new baby brother Mango Spiderman when he is born. Lordy can you imagine! (He is quite serious about it too!!)

@hereandthere yes, that is what i mean. a refrigerator cake can be put inside the fridge and it does not need heat or cooking. like the tiramisu- that is a refrigerator cake.
