This is a short 6 minute video that our principal showed us at our last professional development day. It hits the nail on the head 100%. I showed it to a few of my classes yesterday and they were like “yeah, he’s right”. I have to say that I’m proud to be one of those teachers who has never made it easy for my students to quit. It’s a shame that so many do. It is worth a watch.

@NJChicaa I am in China. If I were the decision-maker, it won't happen.

its only effective if you have teachers like him. whats that one saying ," you talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?" he right about one thing though, words mean nothing to kids nowadays, its what they see with their own eyes that gets their attention.

I am an English trainer, always encourage my trainees to keep more sentences in their mind and instruct them to use what they have learned. I guard against the teaching accident in which I might hurt their feelings with my careless or senseless comments. If I cannot find a mild way,I may hold my tongue and let them see there is no need to make a fuss to do with those unexpected annoyings.
