Fell this morning

Yes, I fell this. I'm glad I didn't get hurt this time. I say this time because the last time I fell I broke my leg. I didnt get hurt. I fell back on the toilet from a standing position. I can't get my walker into the bathroom. I used 2 quad canes to get me into the bathroom and I got in ok, but leaving was the problem. I fell back onto the toilet. I called the hospice nurse on call and she called me back to to tell me that the nurse will put on my catheter back in me. I was so weak getting back to bed that my back and flank were hurting again and my arms were shaking? Well, that's my morning. My daughter and husband left for Conyers, Georgia, so she left the door unlocked for the nurse to get in. How is your day going? My picture is old and filtered by YouCanFun.
