Inconsiderate and insensitive drivers

The government consumed big amounts of money for road widening to prevent or lessen the traffic but there are lots of drivers who are really inconsiderate and insensitive who will just park their cars on sides of the roads blocking some part of it causing other vehicles to slow down.

Actually its not but sometimes there are really hardheaded people who would just do whatever they want..

some houses and businesses don't have garages or parking spaces. when we were growing up, i didn't see cars, jeepneys and tricycles parked in front of houses.

Do the police ticket them and tow the vechicle away.

In metro or cities, yes they were given tickets and sometimes towed but in small municipalities or provinces, they were too soft in implementing the law..
