Dear @Lignitecityabishek96, we live on the farm which is having lot of vegetaion and it is surrounded by wild nature. Since there is abundance in feed we have rats on the farm which are the food material for most of the snakes. So we have lot of snakes on the farm and in the season I often to get to see one or two daily as I usually go out to perform my duties during night times very frequently! Previously people on the farm used to kill them, but then after explaining them importance they don't kill any more! We had snakes few times at my place too! Thanks!

Actually snakes should not be killed ,they should be catched by experts and made to leave in forest area where they used to get foods and suitable environment.

I have seen enough snakes, different sizes, categories etc. I am not scared with the same. As I born and brought up in a village, snakes are also a part of our life but not anymore here this place.

Plenty of times! But baby snakes. My father and his siblings used to live in Punjab when they were kids where there are lot of fields. It is a lot common to see large snakes there. Dad is fond of them and respect them as he believes snakes are associated with/ symbol of Lord Shiva. He would get very angry if anyone tried to hurt the snakes. He will offer them milk or "lassi" and will personally escort them out of harm and away from people.

How frightening. Yes once I lived in house with rock garden. The snake came in to the laundry room. I was afraid as it touched my bare feet so then I killed it with a shovel. I cut the head off.
