Birthday Dinner

I was in the middle of Laundry when all of sudden our relatives dropped by. Unfortunately since Mom couldn't break off from the meeting, I had to take them there.
We went back and they planned to have dinner somewhere. I wasn't supposed to go with them but I couldn't let her go home on her own.
Had no regrets though the dinner was splendid I tasted them all. There was another restaurant we went first but it was fully booked.
My sleep is erratic right now so I might respond back later.

@toniganzon yeah, it wasn't as easy as I thought. Before I can walk from morning and afternoon. Now I have to choose either treadmill bike or walking. Darn uric acid arthritis CURSE!
I think I'm just going to buy random green veggies then add them to the usual viand. probably lesser rice. I'm tried of buying salads making smoothies anyway

Hello @toniganzon Now, now I think about it I realized I was eating more after every exercise that entire week. I guess I need to reassess what I eat.
