Payment from a Ptc website

Whenever I saw someone got paid from a ptc website, it always a amazed me, how come.
As I always feel that they test your patience and pays very little for your efforts and sometimes they don't even pay so it's a lot riskier to be with ptc and earn from that.
What are your views about a ptc website? Are you active on any?

@thesupersingh I like them because it's very easy to make money. It's little money sure but it's easy money.
