This girl who I worked with years ago got a puppy. A large breed bernie (so eventually 150+ lbs at minimum).
She messaged me because she got this dog and less than 2 months later she wants it gone.
I can't gather these people who keep asking me to take their dogs.
This girl lives eith her boyfriend and child who is about 3. Did she think this dog is just going o train it self? Pee outside by itself? And cost nothing?.
Why not think this beforehand???.
Another girl messaged me as she got 2 rabbits and 2 guinea pigs with 2 children and was pregnent with another. Like really??????. She knew she was having another and cant handle life as it is so why not get some animals to only give them away a few months later when she cant manage to care for them.
I find these woman weak and useless. The fact they are teaching their kids its ok to impulse buy and then get rid of them when you cant handle life. It shows a lot about them.
One actually asked how i did it. How i worked 3 jobs, petsit and care for my own animals. Easily!! I am not weak like them. I give hem what they need before I give myself things, i think before I get them, and was taught to actually work for wgat I have. I eould nevrr get an animal wnd give it away so i think about it long and hard even I got one and its not what I expected.

It really bothers me when people get animals and give them away. No matter how difficult it might be you keep them and do not get rid of them when things get tough just like children!
A rabbit and guinea pig are not hard to take care of just because of pregnancy!
I’m about 110 lbs I couldn’t handle a large breed dog as they would pull on a leash and knock me dog and get away. That was one of the things I thought about before getting a dog. A pet should be well planned out not an impulse purchase.

Completely agree!! I have multiple and have no issuea. Some days yes i'd find annoying. But i would spread out cleaning litters etc. But when its been just under 2 months and yet cant handle them now. So how would she handle another kid?. I really think its being lazy as none of them could hold a job before they had kids and I do believe they had kids for that reason.

I knew that when we adopted Leah that she would grow to be a good sized gal- she now weighs just over 90 pounds. So when we got her I started working with her cause the sooner the better! 8 weeks is plenty old enough to start teaching a dog to work with a human and to listen and look. That is the basis of heeling and not harming the human. I wish more humans would think it out.

Completely agree! This girl was claiming the dog bite her son. No!!! He is teething and he is play nipping. She just thinks the dog should understand the command. I said think of it as another toddler.

@ricki_911 With such a ding bat, I'd worry about that boy. She does not have a clue that the dog could harm the kid cause its a dog and growing besides so if the kid gets rough like with dog's ears, dog bites kid, dog is in deep trouble. Not cool what is brewing in that household.

@sallypup its so true. I find she just doesnt understand. She cant hold a job nor even do every day chores. She's too busy posting pictures of herself on instagram.

Yes, i make time for them. I do believe many i know who have no life or unhappy with it tend to want justification and feeling needed such as why they have kids.
