It's my favorite fruit, high in fibre, vitamins and minerals Bananas are always available whole year round, it's very affordable at $1.50 for a bunch of big ones. And there's a lot of delicious ways to prepare it. You can eat it as is or by mixing it with other fruits. Do you like bananas?

Yes, dear friend @Kakashi20 ! Banana remains a popular fruit in many countries and for its beneficial properties many people prefer this fruit to others! When you said $1.5 for a bunch...how many bananas you have in a bunch? And how big are they? Thanks!

Banana smoothies are very refreshing and you could also mix it with other fruits that are high in antioxidants like Blackberries, Raspberries and Blueberries and even Mangoes to create a more nutritious smoothie.

It is loaded with essential vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin, riboflavin, and B6. These all contribute to the proper functioning of the body and keeping you healthy. The high content of potassium in bananas makes it a super fruit.

I love bananas. When my grandson is here he has them all eaten before I get any. I like to put them in a shake or just eat them plain.

You can also blend them into a pancake mix creating banana pancakes for a more nutritious snack.

I used to buy bananas at a particular store but lately whenever I go there they don't have any. And not like sold out but rather don't sell them. I wonder why.
