Finally! My internet connection already restored!

I don't have internet connection for almost a week, my mother went to provider office and file a ticket for the investigation, and advised to wait within 2-3 business days, I've been waiting for more than 3 days, and since there's no update, I decided contact the provider through facebook messenger, I got upset since they just "Seen" my message to them, so on the following day I decided to go by myself with @Sundie and to file a ticket, and they stated that they'll request a technician to go to my address to resolve the issue.
On the following day, someone went to my house today, and fixed the issue and Finally! I already have an internet access! Time to be more active (I wish)

we usually call/report through the landline and they give a report ticket number. they always say they have 24-48 monitoring. what did the technician say the reason/cause was?

@hereandthere Yup it's totally annoying since you really need to allotted some time just to go there and report the issue.. Yup it's fixed amount regardless the usage

@tech40 it's good that it's finally restored, but it's really annoying that we have to do the follow up, instead of them checking on us, right? do you pay a fixed amount every month regardless of usage?
