Would you frown upon plastic surgery

Many people think that people who do plastic surgery have issues. Maybe they have inferiority complex or low self esteem. On the other hand these ones think they are trying their best to look their best. Michael Jackson was a case in point. He never liked anything about his black face. He wanted to be white. He wanted the nose a certain angle. He wanted the cheek bones to be perfect.
Do you frown upon people who do plastic surgery? If you had the opportunity would you do it?

I know that I am very beautiful, and other people say it.
"If you are not smart, pretend that you are smart. If you are not beautiful, pretend that you are beautiful."
Plastic surgery is bad

@mydanods I know at least three girls who became ugly after having plastic.
In those cases when operations were successful, girls' faces became so common that I could not distinguish them in group photos anymore. Everyone should be unique

I think you are right on the low self esteem thing. As for me if I could I think I would get it done to get rid of my belly fat from having my babies I am having a hard time with getting rid of.

@Rationalwriter That is what so many people think - that only insecure people do it. I tend to agree with that unless someone had an accident like where his or her face was bathed with acid.

Do you frown upon people who do plastic surgery? No. Their life, their choices.
If you had the opportunity would you do it? Haven't really thought about it. I guess it would depend on the situation.

@mydanods I'm aware of those botched operations. If someone would get a plastic surgery, they might as well get it from a verified authority.

It occurred to me that lots of models were doing it that is why I asked the question. There are reports of the surgery going wrong sometimes or somebody dying from anesthesia. I guess it's risky. I remember Michael Jackson who made it popular at some stage in his lifetime.

If you have the guts, and don't overdo it, I say go for it.
I don't have the guts. I'm a chicken sh#t. I just use my DermaWand and hope for the best. hahaha

I think God made u beautiful. I am a larger full sized woman and I have tried to change. I was told by a friend to "own it and embrace it". I think plastic surgery is important for people if they got into a car accident n suffered facial deformities. Or people in war who suffered damages such as bad burns.

I don't want to have a plastic surgery, but I can understand if someone wants to. If it makes them happier and more satisfied with themself, why not?

@mydanods Warning is always useful. I am sure I would warn everyone about the unwanted consequences.
