It helps me when I realize that it's all in my head. I focus on that I have to stop my anxiety thoughts because it is not the reality.

It really is in the head. But it is hard to mindset it everyday. Emotions can be inconsistent and fragile. I need someone to talk to also. Mylot has been of great help to cope with this anxiety.

@jvincent_129 i follow the simple technique just observe the breath and if you can do it everyday 5 min for at least 15 days you will see the changes

Meditation , listening music and talking about your problem will really help. Keep your self busy and if you can adopt a dog . Many research says pets helps.

Yeah I saw the difference. One time my friend has dogs and we took them for a walk. I felt happier during that day. I guess it is true.
