Normally I brush my teeth twice a day but because I had a tooth extraction last week I'm brushing and rinsing after eating, even if it is just a snack, because I don't want to get food caught in the wound.

@junrose123 I am afraid of getting an infection in the hole where the tooth was but it has been 5 days now and I have no pain so I think I'm ok.

Yes I am doing it also because brushing our teeth more than two times might damage our teeth.

I brush my teeth 2 times per day.in morning and at night.I think its enough and I have read on the Internet that 2 time is enough because if you do more times in day then it may cause you cancer because Colgate has some liquids which can cause you that.
