A man in China once had 9,999 red roses sewn into a dress for his girlfriend before asking her hand in marriage.
What can you say about this? Imagine all the hard work just to sew those roses on the gown. I think it must be very expensive. I never heard of something like this before. Would you like to wear one?

Maybe she ask a lot of help from people. Maybe many people sew that rose so it will be finished quickly before it wilts

Actual roses? Or satin roses?
That would be quite an accomplishment. I thought it was a lot when I added a dozen satin roses (made by me) to a wedding gown.

I think it's overdone. Where there is love a few roses would have been enough. Where would a person wear a dress like that? A real waste!

Yes you are right there. This is overdone. A bunch of roses would tell the same message. He just wants publicity
