controlling your diabetes

I have no idea but I have a 6 year old who has hypoglycemia and cannot go without food for long at all he cannot make it through a 6 hour fast. We had a metabolic genestist who told us small meals and water will keep a healthy balance for him.Could be worth a try.

I do not have diabetes but am at risk for type II. However, my daughter's best friend has type I and used to have seizures often due to her sugar level being over 500. She started a pump that she punches in the amount of carbs she is eating, and she has not had a seizure since!!! Her parenst really think it has made her life normal now. She can do so much and is no longer feeling ill. If you struggle with your sugar level being too high and often, this may be something you want to check out.
