@Kakashi20 It's a matter of preference, I do not keep my phone in the bedroom, it gives my husband headaches.

I don't use anything but if I had to get up really early and was worried about oversleeping I would use my smartphone or my fitness tracker which has an alarm.

no. Sometimes my cat is. But usually I use my body clock to wake up.
