You can't control how other people receive your energy. Anything you do or say gets filtered through the lens of whatever they are going through at the moment, which is not about you. Just keep doing your thing with as much integrity and love as possible. -Nanea Hoffman I found this quote to be eye opening. Often times we take other people's responses personal not realizing that they are responding only to what they are experiencing in their personal and dark moment. We have to learn how to maintain our self-control so we can respond in a positive, loving, and respectful way. In some cases, it's probably smart to not respond at all. What's your thoughts?
