The thought of Mulla Nasiruddin invariably brings a smile on my face. There are hundreds of stories about the Mulla. Each one of them is funny and contains a gem of wisdom. I love Nasiruddin stories. Recently, I bought a book of Nasiruddin stories retold by Shahrukh Husain, published by Scholastic. It contains 25 stories. You can finish them at one go; but the best way to read and benefit from them is reading them one story a day meditatively.
