Would you stand in line for a luxury item ?

Lol. Good discussion. I never would do that, i hate lines. And we have allways other chances to buy that so..lets wait the freaky people buy and get a good restive wave.

Nope I think those people are crazy. I would rather just order it online. The otherthing is I would also rather wait untill the price drops and get it when there is not such a large demand for it. Another thing that you can do is see if you have a store that sell items used. There is a store that I recently visited called EB Games and they have used Game Cube for $60 and PS2 for only $119 I already have a PS2 so I am going to work on getting the Game Cube. I dont care that it is used as long as it still works and is not messed up.

no i wouldn't, i hate standing in lines. I like to shop late at night or online. I will wait till something has been around for a while before i buy it.

I have once and I probably would not do it again. It was too long and really not worth it in the end.

i already did it...i went shopping on black friday at fry's electronics...i went at 2:00 am on friday. i went with friends, so time flew by fast. got alot of good stuff

Yes, but not like you think. I don't care about most of those items. But around here, people were going up to the people at the front of the line and offering them several hundred dollars to take their place in line. So, I would get there early enough to get a great spot, and then wait until someone offered me a bunch of money to take my place. I'd pocket the money and go buy something I really wanted.
