We finally got taxes back

After 8 years of not getting taxes, we finally got them back for once. We were really happy. W got bills paid and my husband got a deal on a giant took box at Harbor Freight which I didn't care. he did give me spending money for myself. I am spending it on wish.com and Scentsy bars and maybe a hoodie. Almost $100 right there already lol. We are even registering our truck with money and making sure we have some funds just in case we need it. Not bad because we got a good portion back and now waiting on state taxes back which is nice amount there. Even paid up in our security deposit we were behind in with our landlord and even paid people off we owed. We did pretty good this year and yes I file with TurboTax. I have for years now. Did you get taxes back and if so did you pay stuff off?

Well good for you. Glad you got such good news. The system is different here and mostly the working class and higher-ups pay taxes. I am in the very low-income category.

I'm glad to hear that you got some money this year. I have started our taxes. It's pretty much all done. I just want to go back one last time and make sure I didn't miss or forget anything. I'll probably do that tomorrow and send it off.

It is great that you got that money and seem to be using it wisely. We got our return back and used it mostly to get stuff done that we didn't have the money for like getting our drivers licenses changed, our new insurance, a new matress we desperately needed and other necessities. We still have plenty left that we want to put towards saving for a down payment on a house.

I got some back from Federal, Florida doesn't do state taxes. I bought groceries with mine.

For the first time, I don't need to file taxes. Social Security is tax free. Otherwise, I was always getting a refund, and used to pay off bills.
I'm glad you got a good refund and were able to get bills paid and get some things you want.
